Orion Eden Park was inspected by Ofsted on 3 March 2026. 

We are absolutely delighted to share the latest Ofsted report for Orion Eden Park with our school community and the wider local community. Following our inspection in March 2026, we are proud to present a report that reflects the strength, ambition, and collective commitment at the heart of our school. This report is a wonderful recognition of the hard work, dedication, and high aspirations shown every single day by our students, staff, families, and governors. Together, we have built a vibrant, supportive, and aspirational culture that makes Orion Eden Park such a special place to learn and grow. 

We are particularly proud that Orion Eden Park was the first school in Bromley to be inspected under Ofsted’s new inspection framework, which is a more robust and rigorous approach, we are immensely pleased that inspectors recognised Orion Eden Park as a school providing a strong standard of education, with a number of significant strengths highlighted throughout the report. This is a powerful endorsement of the professionalism, care, and ambition that underpin all that we do. 

Inspectors identified several key strengths: 

• Attendance and behaviour were judged to be strong. The report highlights the calm, orderly, and respectful environment across the school, clear routines, and the positive relationships between staff and students. Attendance has risen rapidly and is now above national figures. 
• Leadership and governance were also recognised as strong, with inspectors noting the clarity, ambition, and strong moral purpose of school leaders, as well as high staff morale. 
• Safeguarding was confirmed to be effective, reflecting a culture where students feel safe, supported, and well cared for. 
• Personal development was highlighted as a strength, with praise for our pastoral care, enrichment opportunities, and inclusive values. 

The report also identifies areas where we continue to strengthen our work, including improving consistency in adaptive teaching and sustaining the improvements we have made in attendance. These priorities are already integral to our ongoing school development plans. 

You will notice that this report differs from previous Ofsted reports. Under the updated inspection framework, schools are no longer given a single overall judgement. Instead, performance is evaluated across seven areas using a report card approach. We welcome this clearer and more detailed method, which provides a balanced view of school strengths while recognising areas for continued development. 

We are incredibly proud of what we have achieved together as a community and remain fully committed to building on this strong foundation to ensure the very best outcomes for all our students.
