Orion Eden Park is a school where young people are esteemed for their opinions, leadership, scholarship and the value they place on positive relationships. We offer a wide range of A-Level qualifications as well as a small number of vocational qualifications.
The Sixth Form team supports our young people onto a path where they can flourish and gain the confidence and the self-belief to make that path their own. We devote a great deal of time to guiding students towards their next step whether that be a university degree, a degree apprenticeship or another route. We encourage them to flip their approach to careers, to focus on the process rather than a pre-determined end result. This is a new paradigm of careers education that enlightens their options and considerations.
We insist that our sixth formers ‘engage’ with our vast co-curricular programme. Students participate in 100 minutes of enrichment weekly and have the opportunity to take part in Gold Duke of Edinburgh, First Aid courses, Debate Mate, Public Speaking and much more. The credibility of the qualifications that they achieve through these programmes set them up well for the next stage in their lives. As well as the clubs and teams, we also deliver a sequenced tutorial programme that ranges from how to manage finances, support their wellbeing and to keep safe. Our young people leave Post-16 with the skills and knowledge they need to lead a healthy and fulfilled life.
As an over-subscribed school, entry is competitive. Alongside excellent predicted GCSE outcomes, we will be looking for well-rounded young adults who have an intellectual curiosity, open-mindedness and who are kind individuals.

Orion Eden Park School are thrilled to announce that our students have surpassed last years results in our second year of A-Level examinations.
We have had a fantastic morning with the whole cohort attending to collect their results and are delighted to share that they did fantastically well, with progress scores above national averages and all attainment figures improving from last year.
Huge congratulations to Eryk, Oscar, and Arjun — A Levels in Maths and Polish a year early, with A*, A*, and A! Exceptional effort and fantastic results

98.5% of students passed their A-Level qualifications

79% gained an A*-C grade at A-Level

In vocational subjects an average grade of Distinction was achieved.
The majority of students gained a place at their firm or insurance university with many going on to top 20 Universities.
Among the highlights of this year’s results:

Eric achieved A*, A*, A, A. He will be taking his place at UCL to study Mathematics.

Alice gained A*, A, B and an A in her EPQ and will be taking her place at the University of Leeds to study International History and Politics.

Tobias A, A, B, C and will be studying Mathematics at Kings College

Jemmima gained A*, A*, A (EPQ), C and is heading to UAL to study Graphics

Mohhib will be taking up his degree apprenticeship place at Barclays.

Lucy will be joining the Merchant Navy
